On December 21st, the staff and students of Men-Tsee-Khang and its college observed the first death anniversary of our beloved Dr. Tenpa Choephel, former principal of Men-Tsee-Khang College, Dharamsala. A prayer ceremony was organized in the college hall to honor and commemorate his memory.
