In celebration of the Year of Compassion, marking the 90th Birthday of His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama, the Year of Compassion Organising Committee of Men-Tsee-Khang announced five resolutions to commemorate the occasion. As part of the first resolution, all branch clinics were kindly requested to organise a Health Talk Program on the topic “Seasonal Diet and Lifestyle” in their respective settlements and cities.

On 1 December 2025, in conjunction with the World AIDS Day program, the Paonta Branch Clinic organised a health talk in the settlement’s prayer hall. Branch Doctor Tenzin Lhanze-la delivered an insightful presentation on the designated topic, emphasising the importance of a wholesome diet and lifestyle regimen, preventive measures against illnesses, and other key aspects aimed at enhancing the community’s understanding of overall health and wellbeing. Approximately 40 community members attended the session.
